Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their final product. We encourage open communication throughout the editing process to address any concerns before project completion.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Full Refund Eligible
- Service not delivered within agreed timeframe (excluding client delays)
- Cancellation before work begins on your project
- Technical inability to complete the project on our end
- Duplicate payment or billing error
Partial Refund Eligible
- Cancellation after work has begun but before first draft delivery
- Significant scope reduction mutually agreed upon
- Service downgrade request during active subscription
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after work is completed and approved
- Delays caused by client (late materials, slow feedback)
- Failure to provide clear project requirements
- Third-party issues (platform restrictions, licensing problems)
- Unused subscription credits after cancellation
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly and annual subscription plans:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds for the current billing period.
- Annual Plans: May be eligible for prorated refund within the first 30 days if no work has been delivered.
- Unused Credits: Video credits do not roll over and are non-refundable upon cancellation.
- Downgrade: You may downgrade your plan at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.
4. One-Time Projects
For individual project engagements:
- Before Production: Full refund if cancelled before work begins (minus any consultation fees if applicable).
- During Production: Partial refund based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
- After First Draft: Refunds considered only if we cannot meet agreed specifications after revision attempts.
- After Final Delivery: No refunds once final files have been delivered and approved.
5. Revisions Before Refunds
Before processing a refund request, we encourage using your included revision rounds:
- Provide specific, actionable feedback on what needs to change
- Reference timestamps or sections that need adjustment
- Allow our team time to implement your requested changes
- Most issues can be resolved through the revision process

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your project name and order/invoice number
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Request a review by a senior team member
- Provide additional context or documentation
- We're committed to finding a fair resolution

9. Chargebacks
We kindly request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension and additional fees. We're confident we can resolve most issues through direct dialogue.
