2. Services Description

Artevic Media provides the following services:

• Professional video editing for YouTube, social media, and corporate content
• Short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Long-form video editing and post-production
• Motion graphics and visual effects
• Color grading and audio enhancement
• Content strategy consultation
• Thumbnail design and video optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide raw footage and assets in a timely manner
• Supply clear instructions and creative briefs for each project
• Respond to revision requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure you have all necessary rights to the content you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all original content you provide to us. The final edited videos become your property once payment is complete.

Artevic Media retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before project commencement.

Any proprietary editing techniques, templates, or processes developed by Artevic Media remain our intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• One-time projects require payment according to the agreed schedule
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Revisions Policy

Each service plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft. After this period, additional changes may be considered new work.

7. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times vary by project complexity and service tier. We commit to the delivery schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times begin once all required materials are received.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute your content or business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artevic Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for any loss of data. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups of all materials.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become due immediately
• Work in progress will be delivered in its current state
• Unused subscription credits are non-transferable

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
